Full Breakdown

Step 1: Discovery & Scoping

Every project starts with a conversation. We learn:

  • What is the goal of the video or drone service?

  • What does success look like for you?

  • What do we need to do to get you there?

We define these as your Success Drivers. We’re not just making a video, we’re solving your problem.

Step 2: Script & Creative

If we’re scripting, we break down:

  • Story elements

  • Scenes and complexity

  • Required assets (B-roll, voiceover, etc.)

This defines how many crew members, locations, and shoot days we’ll need.

Step 3: Production

Most of our crew works on day rates. Pricing depends on:

  • Number of shoot days or hours

  • Crew roles required (camera, drone pilot, lighting, director, etc.)

  • Equipment needed (cinema camera setups, drones, lighting kits)

For drone projects, we evaluate:

  • Location access & FAA compliance

  • Type of mission (inspection, mapping, cinematic)

  • Special requirements (thermal, 3D modeling, etc.)

Step 4: Post-Production

  • Editing (cutting, pacing, style)

  • Sound design

  • Voiceovers and music licensing

  • Color correction and grading

Every second of final video takes hours in post.
