How It Works
1. Book online
Pick a tier, select your date, fill the booking form.
2. We confirm logistics
Within 24 hours: load-in details, room requirements (one conference room with one wall clear), employee schedule template.
3. Shoot day
Crew arrives 60 minutes before first session. Setup takes 45 minutes. Employees rotate through 4–6 minute slots.
4. Delivery
Within 5 business days, you receive a private gallery with all retouched images. Each employee gets download access to their own files.

How long does it take per employee?
10–15 minutes per person. We typically schedule one employee every 15 minutes to allow for buffer.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
Not included in standard tiers. We can coordinate a stylist as an add-on at $350 for half-day or $700 for full-day.
What should employees wear?
We send a "what to wear" guide with brand-aligned recommendations after booking. Solid colors, no busy patterns, business casual or business formal depending on company culture.
Can we use our office or do we need a studio?
Either works. Most clients prefer their office for convenience. Our Deep Ellum studio is available as a backup.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard 5 business days. Rush 48-hour delivery available for +25%.
Do you handle individual scheduling?
We provide a scheduling template you customize. You handle the actual employee assignments, that's typically smoother than us doing it externally.
What if we need more than 25 employees photographed?
Additional employees beyond your tier limit are $100 per person. For teams over 50, we recommend booking two consecutive days.
Can we add hair and makeup or environmental portraits later?
Yes. Most upgrades can be added up to 7 days before the shoot. The Executive tier includes environmental portraits by default.
Are images delivered with usage rights?
Yes. Every tier includes commercial usage rights for website, LinkedIn, internal use. The Executive tier extends this to advertising use.
