Booking questions
Before you book.
How long does it take per employee?
10–15 minutes per person. We typically schedule one employee every 15 minutes to allow for buffer.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
Not included by default. We can coordinate a professional stylist as a half-day or full-day add-on, priced into your quote.
What should employees wear?
We send a what-to-wear guide with brand-aligned recommendations after booking. Solid colors, no busy patterns, business casual or business formal depending on your company culture.
Can we use our office or do we need a studio?
Either works. Most clients prefer their own office for convenience; all we need is one conference room with one clear wall. Our Deep Ellum studio is available as a backup.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 5 business days. Rush 48-hour delivery is available for a 25% surcharge.
Do you handle individual scheduling?
We provide a scheduling template you customize. You handle the actual employee assignments; in practice that runs smoother than us managing it from outside the company.
What if we need more than 25 employees photographed?
No problem. Headshot days are quoted by headcount, so a larger roster simply scopes a bigger day. For teams over 50, we recommend booking two consecutive days.
Can we add hair and makeup or environmental portraits later?
Yes. Most upgrades, including hair and makeup coordination and environmental portraits, can be added up to 7 days before the shoot.
Are images delivered with usage rights?
Yes. Every headshot day includes commercial usage rights covering your website, LinkedIn, and internal use. If you plan to run the images in paid advertising, tell us in the brief and we'll scope it into the quote.
