Social cuts within 5 business days. Sizzle reel and recap within 7 to 14. Two revision rounds included.

Delivery

How much does event video coverage cost?
Packages start at $3,500 for The Event Pulse, a half-day shoot, and scale to $15,000 for The Marquee Event, our multi-day flagship. Every package is a fixed fee. No hourly billing.
How fast is delivery?
Event packages deliver in 7 to 14 business days, and each package page lists its own window.
Do you shoot multi-camera coverage?
Yes. The Conference Chronicle runs a two-camera crew, and The Marquee Event runs three cameras plus a dedicated audio engineer.
Can you cover outdoor events with drone aerials?
Yes. Our FAA Part 107 certified pilot is in-house, and we handle LAANC authorization and venue coordination.
What is a Mobile Podcast Lounge?
A turnkey on-site podcast studio that captures broadcast-quality episodes during your event. One fixed fee of $3,500 covers up to 3 hours of recording, with every episode edited and captioned.
Do you travel outside DFW?
All packages cover Dallas-Fort Worth with no travel fees. Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and out-of-state events are quoted transparently.
Can you handle multi-day or multi-stage events?
Yes. The Marquee Event is built for multi-day coverage. For custom scope, request a quote and we'll build the crew around your agenda.
Who owns the final content?
You do. Every deliverable is yours to use on all platforms, in paid ads, in perpetuity.
