1. Discovery Call (30 min)

Define goals, identify must-capture moments, recommend a package, send estimate.

2. Pre-Production

Venue walkthrough, shot list, crew scheduling, AV coordination, brand assets collected.

3. Event Day

Crew arrives 60–90 min early. Multi-cam coverage, redundant audio, B-roll, drone aerials, on-site editing if included.

4. Post-Production

Social cuts in 3–5 days. Sizzle reel and recap in 7–14 days. Long-form deliverables in 14–21 days. Two revisions included.

5. Delivery

16:9, 9:16, 1:1, captioned, and master files. Sent via Frame.io, Drive, or Dropbox.
