01 / The idea

Professional video editing services from a production studioThe edit is where
the video gets made.

Most companies already record more than they publish: a weekly podcast, a webinar a month, a keynote a quarter, a founder talking to a phone. The gap is not footage, it is editing with judgment: which forty seconds, which first frame, which caption, in a look that stays the same from clip to clip. We have cut interviews and brand films for thirteen years. Now you can send us the recording and get the clips, without booking a crew.

03 / What we edit

Long-form to short-form video editingWhatever you recorded,
in every ratio.

Every format ships from the same senior editors and the same visual system. Send a link; the recording decides the cut.

  1. 01

    Long-form to short-form

    Podcast clips

Episodes from Riverside, Zoom, or your studio, cut into the moments people share: one idea per clip, a hook in the first second, the guest's name on screen.

  2. 02

    The best ten minutes

    Webinar and keynote cutdowns

A 50-minute session becomes a highlight edit, a run of shorts, and a LinkedIn version, so the talk keeps working after the room clears.

  3. 03

    Retention edits

    YouTube long-form edits

Multicam switching, pacing, b-roll, chapters, and an end card. The episode itself, edited to be finished by the viewer.

  4. 04

    LinkedIn, weekly

    Founder and executive videos

Phone or Zoom recordings polished into a consistent series: captions, name plate, brand colors, and the same look every week.

  5. 05

    Learn in a minute

    Course and training lesson cuts

Lessons trimmed into microlearning shorts and teasers that send people to the full course.

  6. 06

    Someone already filmed it

    Event recaps from your footage

Conference and event footage cut into a recap and speaker clips, whoever shot it.

  7. 07

    Raw in, brand out

    Phone and UGC footage polish

Customer and team footage cleaned, stabilized, captioned, and set in your visual system.

  8. 08

    Hook swaps

    Ad variations

Three openings, two ratios, and a 15-second cut of the same idea, so your media buyer has something to test.

04 / How it works

How remote video editing worksLinks in.
Clips out.

No drives in the mail, no scheduling a crew. The same four steps for three clips or thirty.

  1. 01

    Send links, not drives

YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Frame.io, Riverside, or Zoom. Add a note on the audience and the moments you care about.

  2. 02

    We cut, you review

A senior editor picks the moments, writes the hooks, and builds the clips in your visual system. First cuts land on a review link where you comment on the frame.

  3. 03

    Two rounds, then done

Two revision rounds are included on every deliverable. If a first cut misses the brief, the re-cut is free.

  4. 04

    Delivered in every ratio

9:16, 4:5, 1:1, or 16:9 masters with captions burned in and as SRT files, named and organized, ready to schedule.

base price.

Captions, licensed music, motion titles, and two revision rounds are part of every pack. Nothing on this list is an add-on.

Senior editors, same team

A senior editor and a producer on US Central time. The same people on every pack you book.

An editor picks the moment

A person chooses the forty seconds, writes the hook, and keeps the arc. Software does the grunt work, never the judgment.

Captions you can trust

Human-verified, burned in, and delivered as SRT files. Names and terms spelled the way you spell them.

Music, b-roll, and motion

Licensed music, b-roll, and motion titles are in every clip, never priced as extras.

Two ratios per clip

9:16 plus a second ratio of your choice: 4:5, 1:1, or 16:9.

Two rounds, free re-cut

Two revision rounds on every deliverable, and a free re-cut if a first cut misses the brief.

Days, not weeks

First cuts in 3 to 5 business days from the moment your footage arrives. Rush delivery is quoted on request.

Review on the frame

10 / FAQ

Video editing service questionsAsked, answered.

How much do video editing services cost?

Short-form editing is sold in packs. The Proof Cut is $450 for three shorts from one video, The Clip Pack is $1,500 for ten shorts, and The Clip Bank is $3,000 for thirty. Every pack includes hooks, verified captions, licensed music, motion titles, two ratios, and two revision rounds. Long-form edits, full episodes, event recaps, and ad variations are quoted as a fixed fee within one business day.

How fast is the turnaround?

First cuts arrive in 3 business days on The Proof Cut and 5 business days on The Clip Pack. The Clip Bank is delivered in batches of ten, the first within 5 business days. Timelines count from the moment your source footage arrives, revision rounds follow at the same pace, and rush delivery is quoted on request.

Can I see examples of your edits?

Yes. Thirteen recent cuts play on this page: interview clips, educational shorts, customer stories, and restaurant reels. Filter by type and tap any card to watch it in place. Ask in the brief if you want examples closer to your industry.

How do I send my footage?

Send links. YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Frame.io, Riverside, Zoom, and Descript exports all work; phone footage can be uploaded straight from the device. For large libraries we set up a shared folder once and pull from it for every pack.

Do you edit podcasts into clips?

Yes. Podcast clipping is most of what we do: episodes from Riverside, Zoom, or a studio recording become 9:16 and 4:5 clips with the guest named on screen, a hook in the first second, verified captions, and licensed music. The polished long-form episode for YouTube is available as a custom quote.

Are captions and music included?

Yes, on every clip in every pack. Captions are human-verified, burned in, and delivered as SRT files too. Music comes from a licensed library cleared for organic social use. If you plan to run the clips as paid ads, tell us and we scope the ad license into the quote.

Who owns the finished videos?

You do. Every deliverable is yours to publish anywhere, in perpetuity. The Brand Book and its template files are handed over too, so an in-house editor can keep the system going.

Do you work with clients outside Dallas?

Yes. Editing is remote and we work with clients across the United States; footage arrives by link and cuts go back on a review link. The team is in Dallas on Central time, so revisions and calls happen during your working day. If you also need something filmed, we shoot in Dallas-Fort Worth and travel for larger productions.

What is the Brand Book?

A written and designed brand book built from a guided interview: who you are, who you serve, brand colors and typography, brand voice, values, and the video system that keeps every clip consistent (caption style, title cards, lower thirds, color treatment, music palette, hook frameworks, and safe zones). It comes with editable templates and four proof clips cut from your own footage. It is a one-time $1,500 product, and it is yours to keep and hand to any editor.

Is there a subscription or a contract?

No. Every pack is a one-time purchase with a fixed fee, with no subscription and no minimum commitment. Teams that publish every week simply book the next pack, and we keep the same editor and the same visual system from pack to pack.

Can I hire a video editor for a single project?

Yes. Every pack is a single project with a fixed fee, and one-off long-form edits are quoted the same way. You get a senior editor and a producer for that project, a review link, and two revision rounds.

Why not use an AI clipping tool?

Use one if you have time to review and re-edit; independent tests show 20 to 40 percent of AI-selected clips get discarded, and captions drift on names and terms. We use software for the grunt work and put a senior editor on the decisions: which moment, which hook, which frame, and whether the caption spelled your client's name right.

Can you film as well as edit?

Yes. Editing-only is the offer on this page, but Image Media Lab is a production studio. In Dallas-Fort Worth we shoot social content packages, executive interviews, events, and podcasts, and we send a recording-kit spec or direct a remote session when you record yourself.
