Production engagements are governed by their own written estimates and agreements. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed documents control.
Using the site
The site exists so you can review our work, understand our packages, and get in touch. Use it lawfully. Do not disrupt or probe the site, harvest its content or data at scale, misrepresent who you are, or use it to send spam or malicious code.
Content and intellectual property
Everything on this site, including films, photography, written copy, and design, belongs to Image Media Lab LLC or is used under license. You may view the site and share links to it. Do not republish, download for redistribution, or commercially reuse any content without our written permission.
Client names and logos appear only to identify past work and remain the property of their respective owners.
Quotes, packages, and payment
Package prices shown on the site are our current published rates and can change without notice. Submitting the project brief form or requesting an estimate does not create a booking or a contract. Projects begin only when both sides confirm a written estimate or agreement.
Where we offer online payment, it runs through Stripe payment links, and your payment is subject to Stripe's terms.
Third-party links and embeds
The site links to and embeds third-party services, such as hosted video players and social platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or how they handle data. Our Privacy Policy covers analytics and embeds in detail.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate, but content may contain errors or become out of date, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Image Media Lab LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
