01 / The problem

Skipped, scrubbed, muted

Most training video is never watched.

It runs too long, it is read by a narrator nobody knows, and it explains everything instead of the one thing the viewer has to do differently. So people scrub to the end, tick the box, and ask a colleague. We build modules the other way round: short, presented by your own experts, one behavior per module, and produced at the standard of a brand film so they hold attention to the last second.

02 / What we produce

Six kinds of training video

The module,
matched to the lesson.

Every format below ships from the same production day and the same senior crew. The lesson decides the format, not the other way round.

  1. 01

    Day one, done right

    New-hire onboarding

Culture, expectations, tools, and the first week, told by the people who run the place, so a new hire arrives already oriented.

  2. 02

    Procedures, on camera

    Safety and SOP training

Step-by-step procedures filmed where the work happens, with the critical steps reinforced on screen. Built for warehouses, clinics, kitchens, and plants.

  3. 03

    Presenter plus screen

    Product and software walkthroughs

A subject-matter expert on camera, intercut with clean screen capture, so the viewer sees the click and hears the reason for it.

  4. 04

    Annual, watchable

    Compliance refreshers

The training everyone is required to sit through, cut short enough and clear enough that they actually do.

  5. 05

    One standard, every location

    Franchise and multi-location standards

The way it should be done, filmed once at the flagship and delivered to every location with captions and chapter markers.

  6. 06

    Managers, coached

    Leadership and skills modules

Conversations, feedback, and process modules for managers, filmed scenario-style with your own leaders.

03 / The package

One production day, one fee

The Onboarding Series

04 / Why it works

Complex information, content that sticks

We have made hard things
watchable for thirteen years.

Training video is a craft of clarity. Our record is built on exactly that: explaining difficult material through people, on camera, in a way audiences finish.

For the Journal of Clinical Investigation we filmed 80 giants of medicine, including 15 Nobel laureates, in conversations that made frontier science watchable for a general audience over thirteen years. That is the same skill training video needs: a clear question, an expert who sounds like themselves, and an edit that respects the viewer's time.

We are the exclusive eLearning content and video production partner of Online Makeup Academy, a leading makeup artistry school in the US, producing the course video that thousands of students learn from. Ask for current samples in the brief and we will send them.

What you receive: LMS-ready 16:9 masters, 9:16 microlearning cuts, captions and transcripts, chapter markers, and the raw footage on request.

05 / How it works

From learning goals to LMS

Four steps,
ten business days.

One senior team from the first call to the final file. Your experts spend one day on camera; we do the rest.

  1. 01

    Learning goals call

What people must do differently after watching, who they are, and where the modules will live. We map the shoot day to a module list.

  2. 02

    Script and shot list

Your outline or SOP becomes on-camera language. Short scripts, a teleprompter on set, and a shot list for the screen capture and b-roll.

  3. 03

    Production day

Up to eight hours with your presenters, on location or in our Dallas studio. Cinema cameras, broadcast audio, and coaching so experts sound like themselves.

  4. 04

    Edit and delivery

Every module cut for retention, with on-screen text, chapter markers, captions, and transcripts. LMS-ready masters and microlearning cuts in 10 business days.

06 / FAQ

Common questions

Asked, answered.

How many modules does one production day produce?

It depends on the length of each lesson, how much screen capture is involved, and how many presenters are on camera. The package is priced per production day, and every module the day yields is edited and delivered.

Will the videos work in our LMS?

Yes. You receive 16:9 MP4 masters with captions and transcripts, which every major LMS accepts, plus 9:16 microlearning cuts for Slack, Teams, and mobile. SCORM packaging and quiz authoring are not included; most teams add those inside their LMS.

Can you film software and screen-based training?

Yes. We record clean screen capture at full resolution and intercut it with your presenter, so the viewer sees the click and hears why it matters.

Do you write the scripts?

We turn your outline, SOP, or slide deck into on-camera language and load it on a teleprompter. Your subject-matter experts review every script before the shoot.

How is this different from an animated explainer?

Animation is a good fit for abstract concepts. Training that changes behavior tends to land better when a real person your team recognizes shows the real procedure in the real place. We can add motion graphics where a diagram explains more than a camera can.

Can we see a sample module?

Yes. Ask in the brief and we will send current samples, including work from our eLearning partnership with Online Makeup Academy.
