Who we are

Image Media Lab LLC is a corporate video production studio at 4118 Commerce St, Suite 102, Dallas, TX 75226. This policy describes what information we collect through www.imagemedialab.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Production work for clients is governed by separate written agreements.

What you send us

The project brief form asks for your name, work email, a project type, and any notes you choose to add. Calling or emailing the studio shares whatever you include, such as your phone number, company, and project details.

We use this information to answer you, scope and quote projects, and keep ordinary business records. Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list.

What we collect automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location based on IP address, device and browser type, and how visitors found us. We see this data in aggregate reports that do not identify you by name.

Our website hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Cookies

The site itself does not need cookies to work. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions, and embedded video players may set their own cookies when you play a video.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Third-party services

A few outside services help this site run. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC). Site measurement, as described above. See Google's privacy policy.
• Wistia. Hosts and plays the videos on this site. When you play one, Wistia receives standard technical data and playback events. See Wistia's privacy policy.
• Stripe. Some invoices can be paid through Stripe payment links. Payment details are entered on Stripe's pages, and we never see or store card numbers. See Stripe's privacy policy.

How we use and share information

We use the information above to reply to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver projects, improve the website, and understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, with professional advisers when needed, or when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep project inquiries and correspondence for as long as they are useful as business records, then delete them. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no website or email system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

Email info@imagemedialab.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, local privacy law may give you additional rights, and we will honor any reasonable request.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
