Case study · Alan’s Factory Outlet
People stop and ask
who built it.
Field notes
Proof you can park next to
One customer.
One day.
The best proof a builder has is a customer who loves what they built. Alan’s Factory Outlet asked us to capture one: Brittany and her husband’s customized 30 by 30 foot shop in Greenville, Texas, with 16 foot walls and a 6:12 roof, tall enough that people pull off the road to ask who made it.
We filmed the whole story in a single day on site: a sit-down interview, the building inside and out, and drone coverage that shows the shop the way passersby actually see it, from the road. The edit became a 3:10 customer story film, four captioned vertical cuts for social, and a full photo set, aerials included.
The finished films run on Alan’s Factory Outlet’s channels. These links go straight to the source, plus two places to see how we build customer stories.
The photo set
From the shoot day
Ground and air.
Frames from the delivered photo library: the building from the road, from above, and from inside, plus the customer who tells its story.
The film
Press play
Word of mouth, on camera.
Three minutes ten: why they chose Alan’s, how the build went, and what it’s like to own the shop everyone asks about.
The vertical cuts
Four cuts, made for social.
Alongside the film we delivered four captioned vertical cuts, each built around one moment from the interview. They run on the client’s channels.
